Grant M. Hayashi, M.D.

Dr. Hayashi joined DPMG in 2016. He received his medical degree from the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology followed by a fellowship in Surgical Pathology at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Hayashi also completed a fellowship in Gastrointestinal Pathology and Surgical Pathology at the University of Washington. Dr. Hayashi is Board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

Ivan Klement, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Klement received his medical degree and Ph.D. in Pathobiology from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. He completed his residency in Anatomic Pathology and his fellowship in Neuropathology, Surgical Pathology and GI Pathology at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Klement is Board-certified in Anatomic Pathology and Neuropathology.
