Thomas R. Amott, M.D. |
Dr. Amott joined DPMG in 1988. He obtained
his medical degree at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Amott completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
at the University of California, Davis. He has completed specialized
training in Gastrointestinal Pathology at the University of Washington
and at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. Dr. Amott also completed
a fellowship in Forensic Pathology at the Sacramento County Coroners
Office. Dr. Amott is Board certified
in Anatomic, Clinical and Forensic Pathology. |

Dario V. Caccamo, M.D. |
Dr. Caccamo joined DPMG in 2001. He obtained
his medical degree at the University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine,
Buenos Aires, Argentina. Dr. Caccamo completed his Anatomic Pathology
residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, N.Y., N.Y., and a fellowship
in Cytopathology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He completed
a fellowship in Neuropathology at the University of Virginia. Dr.
Caccamo is Board certified in Anatomic Pathology, Cytopathology and
Neuropathology. |

Jamie Cassity, M.D. |
Dr. Cassity joined DPMG in 2008. She earned her medical degree at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Cassity completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and a Surgical Pathology Fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Cassity is Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. |

Tracy L. Davis, M.D., Ph.D. |
Dr. Davis joined DPMG in 2007. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Arizona, College of Medicine. She has a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology from the Arizona Cancer Center at the University of Arizona. She completed her residency in Anatomic Pathology and fellowship in Dermatopathology at the Harvard Medical School at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Davis is Board certified in both Anatomic Pathology and Dermatopathology. |

James E. Fitzwater, M.D. |
Dr. Fitzwater joined DPMG in 2004. He received his
medical degree at the University of Tennessee, Memphis, TN. Dr. Fitzwater completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical pathology at Letterman Army Medical Center, Presidio of San Francisco. He is Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical pathology and Dermatopathology. Dr. Fitzwater currently serves as the laboratory medical director at the Quest Diagnostics laboratory in San Jose, CA. |

Robert W. Ghiselli, M.D. |
Dr. Ghiselli joined DPMG in 1991. He obtained
his medical degree from the University of Illinois and completed his
residency in Anatomic Pathology at Washington University Medical Center,
St. Louis, MO. He also completed fellowships in Anatomic Pathology
and Dermatopathology at Washington University Medical Center and Massachusetts
General Hospital, respectively. Dr. Ghiselli is Board certified in
Anatomic Pathology and Dermatopathology. |

David R. Guillen, M.D. |
Dr. Guillen joined DPMG in 2004. He obtained his
medical degree from State University of New York, at Buffalo. Dr. Guillen completed
two years of general surgery residency followed by full residency training in Anatomic
and Clinical Pathology, and fellowships in Surgical Pathology and Dermatopathology,
at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. Dr. Guillen is
Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, as well as Dermatopathology.
Prior to joining DPMG, Dr. Guillen practiced dermatopathology with Cockerell & Associates
Dermpath Diagnostics in Dallas, Texas |

Mary E. Keohane, M.D. |
Dr. Keohane joined DPMG in 2001. She obtained
her medical degree at the University College, Cork, Ireland. She completed
her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Mount Sinai Medical
Center, N.Y., N.Y., and a fellowship in Surgical Pathology at Henry
Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan. She currently serves as the Clinical
Laboratory Medical Director at Sutter Auburn Faith Community Hospital,
Auburn, CA. Dr. Keohane is Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical
Pathology. |

Emily L. Leff, M.D. |
Dr. Leff joined DPMG in 1988. She obtained
her medical degree at S.U.N.Y. Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn,
New York. She completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center, Long Beach,
CA, and a fellowship in Surgical Pathology at the Hospital of the
University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Leff is Board certified
in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and Cytopathology. |

Steve Long, M.D. |
Dr. Long joined DPMG in 2004. He obtained his
medical degree at the University of California, San Francisco, and completed his residency
in Anatomic pathology, and a fellowship in Cytopathology at UCSF as well.
Dr. Long is Board certified in Anatomic pathology and Cytopathology. |

Gordon L. Love, M.D. |
Dr. Love joined DPMG in 2006. He received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, LA. He completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical pathology at Tulane University Medical Center. Dr. Love is Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical pathology, Cytopathology, Medical Microbiology and Medical Mycology. He is currently laboratory medical director at Quest Diagnostics, Sacramento, and Clinical Professor of Pathology at the University of California, Davis, Medical School. |

Gwen Mazoujian, M.D. |
Dr. Mazoujian joined DPMG in 1991. She
obtained her medical degree at Duke University School of Medicine.
Dr. Mazoujian completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
at the Brigham and Womens Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston,
Massachusetts. She also held academic positions at Harvard Medical
School and Washington University, St. Louis, Mo. She is currently
the Clinical Laboratory Medical Director at Methodist Hospital, Sacramento,
CA. Dr. Mazoujian is Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. |

Kai Ni, M.D. |
Dr. Ni joined DPMG in 2003. He obtained
his medical degree at Shanghai Medical University School of Medicine
in Shanghai, China. Dr. Ni completed his residency in Anatomic and
Clinical Pathology, and a fellowship in Cytopathology, at the University
of Chicago Hospitals, Chicago, Il. He also completed a fellowship
in Surgical Pathology at Barnes Hospital, Washington University School
of Medicine, St. Louis, MO., and a Visiting Scholarship in FNA Cytology
at the Karolinska Institute and Hospital, Stockholm, Sweden. He currently serves
as the clinical laboratory medical director at Mercy General Hospital, Sacramento,
Ca. Dr. Ni is Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and Cytopathology.

N. Keith McMurry, M.D. |
Dr. McMurry joined DPMG in 1992. He obtained
his medical degree at the University of Texas, Medical Branch, in
Galveston, Texas. He completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical
pathology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in
Dallas, Texas, and subsequently completed a fellowship in Oncologic
Pathology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, N.Y., N.Y. Dr.
McMurry currently practices at Mercy General Hospital in Sacramento
and at DPMGs FNA clinic in Roseville, CA. Dr. McMurry is Board certified
in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. |

Kimberly Monnin, M.D. |
Dr. Monnin joined DPMG in 2003. She obtained her
medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Monnin completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical pathology at the University of
Utah Health Science Center, Salt Lake City, Utah. She also completed a fellowship in
Surgical Pathology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa,
and a fellowship in Hematopathology at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

David C. Olsen, M.D. |
Dr. Olsen joined DPMG in 1982. He obtained
his medical degree at the University of Utah. Dr. Olsen completed
his residency in Anatomic Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, and additional
training in Neuropathology, at the University of California, San Francisco.
He is currently the Clinical Laboratory Medical Director at Sutter
Roseville Hospital, Roseville, CA. Dr. Olsen is Board certified in
Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. |

Andrea L. Ong, M.D. |
Dr. Ong joined DPMG in 2001. She obtained
her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts. She completed
her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the Hospital of
the University of Pennsylvania, and fellowships in Surgical Pathology
and Cytopathology at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX.
She currently serves as the clinical laboratory medical director at
Sutter General Hospital, Sacramento, CA. Dr. Ong is Board certified in
Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and Cytopathology. |

Shayesteh Pashaei, M.D. |
Dr. Pashaei joined DPMG in 2007. She obtained her medical degree from Claude
Bernard University in Lyon, France. She completed her residency in Anatomic and
Clinical Pathology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in
Denver, Colorado, a one year surgical pathology fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine, Saint Louis, MO, and a two-year fellowship in Dermatopathology at the
University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock. Dr. Pashaei is
Board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical pathology, as well as Dermatopathology.

Ron Rowberry, M.D. |
Dr. Rowberry joined DPMG in 2002. He obtained
his medical degree from St. Louis University, St. Louis, MO. He completed
his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and a fellowship
in Surgical Pathology at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Rowberry is Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

Paul Saxon, Ph.D. |
Dr. Saxon joined DPMG in 1992. He obtained
his Ph.D. degree in molecular genetics at the University of California,
Irvine. Dr. Saxon completed a postdoctoral fellowship in experimental
oncology in the Department of Pathology at Stanford University and
a second postdoctoral fellowship in medical genetics at the University
of California, San Francisco. He is currently the director of the
clinical cytogenetics laboratory at Sutter Memorial Hospital, Sacramento,
CA. Dr. Saxon is Board certified in both Clinical Cytogenetics and
Clinical Molecular Genetics. |

Gerald E. Simon, M.D. |
Dr. Simon joined DPMG in 1974. He obtained
his medical degree at the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY.
Dr. Simon completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. He
is currently the Clinical Laboratory Medical Director at Quest Diagnostics in
Sacramento, CA. Dr. Simon is Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical
Pathology. |

Lorinda Ann Soma, M.D.. |
Dr. Soma joined DPMG in 2005. She earned her medical degree at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN, and completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Soma completed fellowships in Surgical Pathology and Hematopathology at Mayo Medical Center, Rochester, MN, and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, PA, respectively. Dr. Soma is Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and in Hematopathology. |

Ellen Sung, M.D., Ph.D. |
Dr. Sung joined DPMG in 1988. She obtained
her medical degree at the University of California, San Diego, CA.
Dr. Sung completed her Anatomic Pathology residency and Surgical Pathology
fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center. Her residency in
Clinical Pathology was completed at U.C.S.D. Medical Center, San Diego,
CA. She also holds a Ph.D. in biophysics from Stanford University.

Kristen Vandewalker, M.D. |
Dr. Vandewalker joined DPMG in 2006. She obtained her medical degree at the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine. She also completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of California,
Davis. Dr. Vandewalker is Board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

DPMG clients may view their patients pathology reports and diagnostic
images by accessing our secure, password-protected web site.
Sutter Medical Foundation physicians may also access their patients' pathology
reports via the EpicCare, EpicWeb and Shipper information systems.
DPMG pathology reports for Quest Diagnostics clients can be accessed either through
the DPMG web site or through the Quest Diagnostics Results On-Line portal.
